All applications are done online. If your application is selected for the next step of the process, you are invited to be interviewed by three senior managers one by one, which could take up to two days depending on senior manager availability. They ask standard interview questions in which common sense and a good personality will be enough for you to succeed.

It was very nice. Sat in the break room until a manger comes and gets you. Go into the office while they ask some questions. We were laughing and having normal conversations after each question. Wasn't intimidating at all.
