I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (East Peoria, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by two people. I believe they each was a department manager. One asked me standard questions from a list. They didn't do much follow up. -- They told me that they had just begun the interviewing for a group of "seasonal employees" they would hiring. It's been about a week and I haven't received a call back yet. I don't know if this means I won't be offered a position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
Performed interview with a man and a woman at a table in the food court. They were very personable interviewers, and made it feel comfortable to answer any questions. They were also more than willing to answer questions about the workings of the company in relation to hiring and how seasonal jobs work.

Question 1

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Brookhaven, DeKalb, GA) in Jan 2013
Interview
You have to know someone within the company or constantly bug a manager to hire you. Once you get an interview, it pretty much gets better on being hire from there. Interview is pretty simple. I talked to one manager and went through the hiring process with a breeze. I started working within a week.
