I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Naples, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online. After about three days had a phone call to schedule a face-to-face interview. The interview took place with two managers. Both managers were very friendly. Asked about my goals, my previous experience and many situational questions. They did not comment my answer and say anythings about an interview's outcome. Got a turndown email in the next day.

They are looking for someone with stable job history and that is dependable. They WILL call your references and there is a drug test right there on-site.
