I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Roseville, MI) in Jun 2013
Interview
Very simple questions like any other interview, nothing to difficult and just stay calm. Very nice people that interview you and don't be afraid to talk about your outside life because they like to know what type of person you are.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Rego Park, NY) in Sep 2013
Interview
I sat in a room with two managers and we briefly talked about my previous employers and job description. After this interview i had another with the store manager. The interview with the store manager was more like him telling me and the job that they were offering me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Brentwood, TN) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online for any open positions. I received a phone call after about a week. This was a typical phone interview to "feel out" applicants. I was scheduled for an in-person interview in a couple weeks. The first in-person interview was conducted with two department managers. The interview itself was average. The main interviewer read questions and recorded my answers on a clipboard. After this interview was finished both managers left the room and the main interviewer came to tell me I was being recommended for employment and that I was to be schedule for yet another interview in a week or so. The second in-person interview was conducted by the General Manager of the store. Again, a typical interview. At the conclusion of the interview, he offered me the job. I was subjected to a drug screen that day via a mouth saliva swab test. My start date was a couple weeks later after my background check was completed.
