Costco Wholesale interview questions

I applied on the Costco website and received a call for an interview a week later. The Inteview consisted of a two panel management team that that took turns asking questions which lasted about 20 minutes. The questions consisted mainly of customer service and seeing if you were a hard working team player.

I was interviewed by a manager and another employee. I was asked the usual interview questions for a non-technical position (ex. strengths, weaknesses, interests). Afterwards, I had to perform basic competency tests to determine if I could lift at least 20kg and fold clothes. Finally, I was interviewed by another manager alone and was asked more generic questions based off of the information on my resume. This included asking questions about previous jobs and my personal interests.
