Interview Process was very straight forward. A lot of basic questions about willingness to do tasks that were not considered the most pleasant. There were also a few more questions regarding employee relationship protocols i.e.: What would you do if employee A did something to you during work hours. A lot of the work (depending on location) is fairly simple. As a Front End Assistant your primary responsibility is to assist the cashier, and then fill in the cracks where needed.
