Costco Wholesale interview questions

the process was pretty straight forward, we just have to fill in a 3 pages form and then a brief interview about your resume, availability and what kind of work were you looking for.

Had a 3 part interview. The first interview combined the first 2. They asked the usual questions one might expect at a job interview (i.e. where do you see yourself in 5 years? explain a time where you had to react to a crisis, etc.). After the two, you get your drug test via cotton swab. If they call you back for the third part of the interview, you basically have the job. The third interview is with the General Manager of the warehouse and he/she will basically give you their philosophy and why they love Costco. They'll ask you if you have any questions during all three parts of the interview, and make sure you ask at least one question. Good luck!
