I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviewed by three managers, asked a series of general questions. All managers had a role in the interview so there was no absence of comfort. Must dress at least semi-formal or you will be turned away, most people aren't given a second chance if not dressed properly.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Pretty much what others have said...Apply online. If you can bring you resume in to a supervisor, gives you a better chance. Because they see so many online apps, it can't hurt to brings yours in to distinguish yourself. Plus they like to see initiative. Then you interview with Two managers. Answer the questions calmly and with a smile. Be prepared for the questions. If they like you, you get brought back in for a final interview and then your hopefully hired.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself?
Name a time you had to deal with a Co-worker who wasn't pulling their weight?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2014
Interview
Very straight forward. Sit down with a manager and one other person. One asks you questions while the other writes down your answers. Very cookie cutter questions. They are literally reading the questions off a sheet so it can feel very formal and robot-like. After the initial interview I interviewed with one of the assistant managers in the same format. Less formal, felt more like they wanted to see more of my personality and if they actually wanted to hire me.
