They mainly looking for honest people and with some retail experience. Human resources manager and a department manager on the first interview, second interview is with assistant manager. then if hired, they will get a drug test & background check.

it was the average questions of "talk about a time..." nothing too crazy. I sat down with 2 members of upper management and went through different scenarios with them. They then had me take a drug test which I passed and then they said they'd let me know in a week or two if I got the job or not. it was a good experience. not invasive in any way
