Costco Wholesale interview questions

Interviewed with the department manager then the General Manager. Was told about the job and the benefits of working at Costco. They asked me questions, offered the position on the spot, and then schedule the mouth swab test.

They had already made their choice before the interviews were scheduled. Internal job postings that are not lateral are pretty much a joke. They are required to post the jobs and go through the process. Kind of a waste of time.
