I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Bozeman, MT) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied and had gotten a call within two days. There was one interview with your position's manager, then with a higher manager just to tie up some loose ends.

Question 1
How do you handle a coworker you don't get along with?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Aug 2014
Interview
The first interview consisted of two managers, although they mostly use a department manager and supervisor. They ask a lot of merit based questions and ask what qualities you have that would help contribute to the main goal. The second interview, which can happen directly after the first or a couple of days later will be conducted by a keyholder manager, either the store GM, AGM (between 2 or 3 in store, depends on size of store), or a "staff level" manager (there are 4 staff levels in the store). This interview is where they will either offer you the job or not. About 98% of the time if you have made it to the second interview, since it's more of a formality as you are required to complete 2, you will be offered the job. The second interviews I have been a part of or helped conduct mainly consist of one or two merit based questions and then being told about the complete benefits package, starting pay, and the raise schedule.
