I had a brief phone interview when I called to ask about my status of my application. I was invited for an interview and had two back to back interviews with two people at once. One asked the questions and talked, one mostly took notes. After both interviews I had an immediate mouth swap drug test. Be prepared to answer behavior based questions showing willingness to start at the bottom and work your way up and you will get an offer.
