Easy to complete. They ask the standard questions about why you want to work there and how good the company life is if you join. Don't expect it to be very difficult.

Called for an in person interview with a hiring manager and was asked questions regarding prior employment. Answered hypothetical questions regarding to job and how I would handle them. Afterwards, went through two more short interviews with upper management doing mostly the same thing.
