Relatively easy and professional. The manager and employees are very nice as well. Get there, take a seat, let you in, and ask you questions about experience, past professions, personality etc.

The HR reached out to me and scheduled a 40 Minute call with the hiring manager. The call consisted of a self introduction and some behavioral questions such as my team project experiences. Then we went over responsibilities & expectations for the role. There was also a surprised live test on data viz skills, in which I had to explain my rationale for creating each data viz on a dashboard that I recently built.
