I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale
Interview
3 interviews in total. Almost all three interviews questions are similar, but by different people in the company. Started off with senior of your role and eventually the manager will want to see you if you pass all the rounds.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Riverhead, NY)
Interview
After you do 3 interviews, O
1 is by phone, 2 are in person. After the 3rd interview, there's a drug test you need to pass. It was a saliva test that you spit into a kit.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Issaquah, WA) in Apr 2022
Interview
No screen interview. Went straight to an hour interview with people in same/similar role. Who knows... they never really explained if they were peers or the hiring manager. Barely any introduction of themselves; few niceties or small talk. From the get go it just felt awkward... hard to read like are you just so impressed you are trying to contain yourself, or am I wasting your time? . Mostly behavioral questions so be prepared with scenarios and examples as these can be hard. Sell me on why I'd want to work there. Remember, I am interviewing you as well. I've heard many great things about working for Costco and if this interview was representative of the culture... no thanks! I know jobs and hiring are serious business but for goodness sakes... SMILE once.
