Applied at Costco, got a call days later to schedule an interview, the interview went smooth, good people and environment. Interview was average nothing too crazy. If anyone is looking for a job, they soon nice.

Asked about previous jobs/experiences. Then asked about leadership principles and questions that gauge your ability on teamwork and managing many tasks while maintaining customer service. Also asked about what other skills/languages you know or have that may be beneficial in communicating and helping customers.
