I know it varies from area to area but this internship opportunity was posted through our school. You sent in a resume and a manager got back to you. After that they scheduled an interview and asked what you liked about Costco and if you were familiar with the store. Overall an easy interview process.
They take you to a room, have two people interview you, and record your answers. They have a sheet of paper with pre-written questions, so there is not much flexibility in the questions asked.
