I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Calgary, AB) in May 2019
Interview
The managers read off of a sheet and asked some questions that were relevant and others that were not. (e.g., "Have you ever sought confidential information from your manager?"). The managers ended up hiring me. However, at the orientation, all of the other people they hired (20+ people) were MUCH older than I was. I felt a bit disregarded by the managers during the interview and I think they were more interested in hiring someone older than me.

Question 1
"Have you ever sought confidential information from your manager?"
Basic interview process with drug test and one in person interview. They have you come in the office and you talk to the general manager. They ask you to bring your resume and they got back to me the very next day with feedback.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Southfield, MI) in Jan 2026
Interview
Was not too hard of an interview. Asked a lot of scenario questions that will help the hiring team understand who you are, so be prepared to give real life examples. I used the STAR method to answer all the questions and I was hired on.

Question 1
Give us an example on something that went wrong while working and how did you go about to fix that situation?
got a call and set up an interview date in person. Went into employee breakroom and waited until called on and did a 2 on 1 where they asked simple questions.
