His demeanor made me nervous and uncomfortable. He implied that I was over qualified, letting me know that I had a lot of schooling and a lot of technical experience. Neither was true, I don't even have an AA degree and not much technical employment. He also seemed concerned that I had previous managerial experience, asking if I would have a problem taking orders from others. He let me know that if I was not chosen I would receive an email. That's when I knew for sure that I did not get the job.

Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
