A grueling two stage interview with accounting and personal scrutiny. Work through strengths and weaknesses showing reliance on the strengths and gradual improvement on the weakness. Know standard accounting situations, ie debit or credit accounts and basic accounting issues.

There were three Zoom interviews, and each time I met with different people. At that point, they still had several open positions, so they were considering which role might be the best fit for me. The questions weren’t very difficult. One of them asked how I would coordinate with other teams.

There are few open position and they decide which position will be fit for me after several round of interview.
It took overall one month after I passed online assessment test.

How can you solve when you have conflict with other teams?
Had 3 interviews with different supervisors and managers. Also had an online accounting exam. They called my references and asked them if they can vouch for me, then had a final meeting presenting a job offer.
The interviews are very basic, basically the same as from the warehouse.
