Apply. Drop off resume. Go talk to Management. Called for Interview. Asked to go to second Interview. Take Drug Test. Hiring process completed.
If you have an employee within the store or company your are about 50% more likely to get offered and interview then if you do not have someone on the inside.

What is one of the biggest things you have done to insure a positive costumer experience?
The interview at Costco Verona was straightforward. Initially phone interview/inquiry. Then meet with manager and agm for a few typical STAR method interview. Situational scenarios that ask about your customer service and sales experience.

One two part interview after about a week was called asked why I would be a good fit then a mouth swab drug test and signed paperwork for the background checks.

Interview
Interview was in two stages. Initially with a team manager to go over values and how you would align with the job. Second stage was with the deputy warehouse manager which included an on the spot saliva drugs test. Managers were incredibly friendly and the process was very smooth. Multiple people will be interviewing at one time and it's common to start with a group of people if you get a job offer.
