I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale
Interview
The hiring process consisted of two separate interviews with three different people. They asked run-of-the-mill questions that were not intimidating or difficult. The only part I did not like was the second interview with the AGM (assistant general manager I assume). She seemed as if she had other things to do rather than to be bothered by me. Even with two plus years of tech experience combined with an additional 7+ years of retail sales/management experience combined with my education level I was told that I "lacked experience" and that $13.00 hrly would be the starting pay and she emphasized (very condescendingly I might add) that "EVERYONE starts from the bottom" and that raises are given every 1040 hours worked (roughly a year for a part-timer). What a I felt as though the interviewer was intimidated and just plain rude. I'll continue to focus on studying for my PCAT, graduating in the fall and working for the infusion pharmacy that I'm currently employed with because the myth of Costco's higher pay has been debunked. It would take you a shorter amount of time to become a pharmacist before you ever make it to the $19-$23 hrly range touted by numerous glass door reviews and google searches. Thanks but no thanks. Independent and hospital pharmacies are the way to go. Finish school and look for a better job people. Technicians remain overworked and underpaid in this economy. Costco is no exception.

Interview
Nearby Costco had an open position for a pharmacy technician so I applied. A couple of days later, I had a phone interview with one of the associate store managers. He then invited me to another interview with him and the Pharmacy Manager. When I went up there they discussed the values at Costco, the roles of a technician at Costco, and my experiences. It was a pleasant interview. I got a call a couple of days after that from the same assistant store manager, asking if I wanted to meet the GM (which basically mean I got the job). Met with him and was hired. Took a mouth swab drug test and did all of my stuff with HR.

Question 1
They ask you about your experience. They ask you about strengths and weaknesses. They ask you about what you know about Costco and why you want to work there.

Interview
They called me. I then went to the store. They asked me some questions. I answered them in splendid fashion. They offered me money in exchange for my services. It would have cost $6000 dollars to buy health insurance for the 3 months I wouldn't have benefits after I started. I had to decline.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2017
Interview
Quick with a couple of basic interview questions and was hired on the spot. Management was nice. Mainly looking to see the type of person the individual is. The interview is done by both the pharmacy manager and the store manager.
