Put in an application and got a call a week later for an interview. Over-compensated for traffic, and showed up 45 minutes early. Waited in the company break room. Got complimented for being well-dressed (tie, dress pants, etc.) and got overall good vibes from the employees. Manager called me into a conference room and we conducted the interview with two managers present. Next, was interviewed again by a higher level manager. Finally, drug screening. Advice: Management especially likes to hear about willingness to move up the ranks. They're looking for the next manager. I was able to relate my leadership skills from the military and working in fast paced environments to a retail setting.

Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
