The process started off smoothly — an easy application followed by an HR screening and then a full one-hour technical discussion. That round was comprehensive; it covered every aspect of my experience, my work, and my expertise in depth. The conversation was engaging, and I even received positive signals from the panel about my performance.
And then… nothing.
What followed was honestly a frustrating and disappointing experience. Despite multiple follow-ups, the HR completely ghosted — no response, no feedback, no closure. It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of the time and effort I had invested in the process.
Leaving candidates hanging without any communication, especially after such an involved discussion, reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring standards. A simple update or even a rejection would have been far more acceptable than complete silence.
Overall, what began as a promising and positive experience ended on a very unpleasant and disappointing note.
