the process was really friendly and straightforward. It took place in person at the warehouse and lasted around 20 minutes with one of the front-end supervisors. Most of the questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and reliability—things like how I would handle a difficult customer, how I work with others, and why I wanted to be part of Costco.
