Hiring consisted of 2 panel interviews. The interviewers took time to ask more about yourself as a person, than looking for professional accolades. There interest was in how you would work as part of a larger team, focusing on a larger picture. They made it a goal to only ask open ended questions that would spark conversation.
Both interviews were approximately 45 mins in length. Topics covered: characteristics/tendencies, give me an example when....., knowledge or background in the field of agriculture or sales.
