I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Corteva Agriscience
Interview
I could tell they had someone already in mind even from day one and I was an afterthought/formality
The interviewer didn’t ask me any questions at all, just wanted to talk about themselves and the company, and I had to follow up to even get the interview on the books as promised.
Got a robotic thank you note after reaching out directly to thank them for their time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not one question asked to me other than about personal stuff aka how do I like where I live etc
The interview setup was simple and easy online through Teams. However, with a thick accent, the interviewer was very difficult to understand. Additionally, the interviewer had difficulty putting 2 and 2 together on how my responses/experience would pertain to the job function, and I felt there was a major language/culture barrier. Co-interviewer was just along for the ride and asked very few questions, added little in response, and did not clarify anything their counterpart said. Overall frustrating and indicative of what anyone would be going through on a day-to-day basis for pretty little pay comparatively to what's on the job market nowadays.

Question 1
-How did you deal with a difficult client/shareholder in a past position?
I applied online. I interviewed at Corteva Agriscience (Singapur) in Apr 2020
Interview
Smooth interview process, the relevant parties kept me well informed during the process and were helpful with any questions. Interviews moved quite quickly and they were accommodative of timings which was great.
