The first, and only interview, was with the senior level hiring manager. The mgr. did a good job explaining the company / division, was very friendly / engaging, did almost all of the talking and asked me very little. The mgr. was positive on my qualifications, said they would follow-up to schedule another round of interviews to ensure I would like working there and that was the last I heard from Fleetcor (ghosted!). I followed up with a courteous email to the hiring mgr., another email to the internal recruiter, and neither of them would respond. I'm not sure if this is indicative of the company but in no way should a candidate be treated / led on in this manner. I would hope that a company treats candidates with the same respect that they would hope to be treated with (including a simple "thank you for your time, we've gone another direction" for whatever reason......).
