Interview
Starts with a phone screening followed by a technical test.
Then, Onsite 4 to 5 rounds of interviews from Manger to Senior VP.
Overall good experience. Follow ups could have been faster.
They take you over lunch and try to test if you say something that you shouldn't in a relaxed environment!

Talked to recruiter for a traditional screen and then two more video interviews / rounds. Interview with Hiring Manger had an additional manager present and then final with HM boss.

What skills do you currently possess that would assist in the completion of the current challenges/goals of the position ?
The interview was very comfortable and informal, mostly a test for behavioral fit. It ended up being a great team and great experience. Interview didn't last more than 30 minutes.

Interview
I was interviewed by 4 or 5 different people individually when I went in. All of the interviewers were pleasant, except one guy was checking his phone most of the time during our interview which was rude and a big turn off. Be prepared for small case studies and brain teasers from some of the interviewers.
HR was great about setting me up and helping me through the process. They got back to me quickly after the interview with my offer.
