Nasty interview. The whole interview process felt more like a college science test. The hiring manager did not allow any answers that didn’t fit her criteria. Didn’t reflect well on the company culture.
The process involved multiple rounds that included screening, behavioral and strategic interviews, and an assessment to evaluate both HR expertise and leadership capabilities. Multiple levels of executives from local and global operations are involved in the process.

Not to difficult. Phone interview and in person interview. Walk through resume and describe why you want the position. Be prepared to go through a role play scenario with a doctor.
