Very good all seemed interactive and put at ease - what I expected as part of a process. Interest business overview and nice to understand history and growth. Great values and ethics
The interview process consisted of an initial online application, followed by a video interview with competency-based and situational questions. After that, I was invited to a virtual assessment center, which included a case study task, a group exercise, and a final 1-on-1 interview with a finance team member. The process was structured and supportive, with clear communication from HR throughout.
