By phone: 30 min talk with a assortiment specialist and the next day i would here if i would have a real life conversation with another assortiment specialst. Or if they did not like it

Eerst Brief+ CV ronde, vervolgens online capaciteitentest. Eerste gesprek is deels vragen over sollicitant als persoon en ervaring, daarna kleine business case. Tweede gesprek bestaat uit een business case.

Interview
Eerste stap is het versturen va je cv en motivatiebrief. Vervolgens krijg je een telefonische gesprek met de recruiter. Als dat positief verloopt moet je een online assessment maken. Als je score hoog genoeg is, word je uitgenodigd om op gesprek te komen. Als dat positief verloopt wordt je uitgenodigd voor het laatste gesprek. Laatste gesprek bestaat uit een interview en een case.
