Interview process was excellent up until a certain point; met with the recruiter, the HM, another DS for the tech screen, then someone on the executive leadership team. Every conversation I had was great and I really did enjoy speaking with everyone at CookUnity. The recruiter was also heavily involved throughout process which I appreciated a ton. The big issue came after my last interview where I was told I'd hear back about next steps in a few days, then a week, then another week, and now the listing has been removed from the website. The recruiter went from being extremely responsive to essentially ghosting me. It was pretty unprofessional, and needless to say, I'm very disappointed because everyone seemed awesome and I was super excited about the role.
