Terrible and unprofessional Interview experience - first met with an HR person who was 25 minutes late in a tank top sitting outside, saying they didn't know we were meeting even though they were the one who had sent me the confirmation for the time. Was told the process would include 5 more rounds of interviews and that I would next meet with a Hiring Manager. My next interview was instead a Peer interview with someone who claimed their "camera wasn't working", so I had to interview with my camera on while they didn't turn theirs on. This person wasn't knowledgeable about the role nor did they seem at all interested in what I had to say. They asked pretty standard/generic questions about process and to see how candidates think. I followed up and didn't hear anything back for a month and then received a rejection. The whole process was an absolute mess and they clearly don't have a great system set in place nor do they have much respect for candidates. Don't waste your time.
