It was all online through an interviewing application. There were previously recorded questions from different members of Converse management. There was also a sales math assessment at the end. It was pretty easy to navigate.

Interview
Interview was in a group setting. The manager asked the whole group the same question and asked each individual to give their own response. After the interview process was done outside, we were individually taken to the break room to hear whether we were hired or not.
