Converse Sale Associate interview questions

Situation, time, action, result methodology questioning and group interview process. What was the first experience with converse and favorite shoe type. All interviews conducted over the phone and in store.

I was interviewed with one other candidate and we took turns answering the interview questions. At first, we were both told to choose a shoe we liked from the store, which we were asked to pitch at the end. Other questions included basic interview questions, including strengths, weaknesses, prior experiences, and more.
