I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Converse in Feb 2015
Interview
The first step was an on-campus interview and then after was an invitation to the offices for a day with all the other candidates. The on-campus interview was one-on-one with someone from HR. The recruiter was very friendly and made the interview comfortable. The day at the office featured a room full of employees at tables set up like a career fair. You would receive numbers based on your experience and then you were recommended to go to the tables that matched those numbers to meet with employees in the different departments. Every employee was very helpful and friendly. It was great to see the office and meet different people within the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Converse (Boston, MA)
Interview
Good, it was informal. Not too long, took about 15 minutes to complete. There were several questions. Overall, nothing too crazy and not too time consuming. Would not stress about it

Why Converse and what do you hope to get out of the experience?
One 25 minute Recruiter phone screen, then there was two 45 minute interviews with hiring managers on the team. Overall a super smooth & positive experience with all three interviews

two interviews: one phone screening for fifteen minutes and one formal zoom call. Interviewers were very friendly and asked interesting questions. Interviewers were from a different department than I ended up working in.
