I interviewed for a little over a month with Converse! Everyone I met was nice, but communication from HR was seriously lacking. After the initial HR call, two weeks later I received a random phone call from a third party asking me to call back to schedule for an interview. At that point, I had heard nothing from my recruiter and had no idea I was even being considered to move forward. The rest of the process followed similarly, with the HR rep rarely in touch. I had to facilitate and email in order to get any sort of response or communication. I was suddenly rushed to have two final interviews and then didn’t hear from anyone afterwards for a week until I reached out and was told they’re continuing the final interviews that week. I reached back out again the following week to get a final answer and any feedback they had for me. I never heard back, so they ghosted me after final interviews. I hope whoever looks into working here has a better, more respectful experience than I did. As a candidate, this process really turned me off from this company. Best of luck to those interviewing and I hope you guys have a better experience, but if you don’t, know that it’s not just you!
Overall decent and not that stressful. Was asked about my past experiences, in relation to job description, ending with what sort of work scope to expect. The job description was a little bit unique in that a new team had been made - Brand Creative, in which digital marketing was under the newly made team.
