I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Continuum Global Solutions (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2021
Interview
30 minute phone interview. They asked basic interview questions like tell me about your experience and strengths. There were some customer scenario questions (how would you deal with an irate customer, a customer who doesn't want the product, etc). The position involved upselling and handling inbound calls from cable customers. The position listing said a different pay from what the recruiter told me, which was lower than what I was willing to take. Also, you cannot choose what days and hours you'll have, that's up to the company, but you're availability would need to be between 8am and 3am, which I wasn't up for considering the pay.

Interview
Very fast, was called shortly after applying for the position. Very busy call center. They did offer different shifts that you bid for. They also provide the equipment which was nice. Would be nice if they offered longer training. It is a lot of information to take in
Easy, filled out the application. Within two days I got an invite to have a phone interview via email. only one interview with the recruiter. Got the offer soon as I ended the call.
