Continuum Global Solutions CSR interview questions

Great interview, very simple and to the point. The questions we’re easy. The recruiter was nice and understanding. They also called on the exact time. The recruiter was right on time! I’m still waiting on my second interview. The overall experience was good though.

I was interviewed over the phone, I was told that I will be endorsed for account validation as chat support for Verizon and will be contacted the next day. Next day, no call or email. The next morning, I received an email they have pursued another candidate. They could have told me ahead of time. I had to decline 2 job offers because of them so I'm very, very, very disappointed.
