Continental Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was okay, though a bit long. The process is : 1.Hr Call 2.Technical Interview. For the technical interview we wenth through the basics of OOP, basic algorithms, pointers.

The hiring process consider fast. Only the first behavior test took more than 2 weeks just get the 2nd interview. The second interview is the online interview with hiring manager. Then third interview with HR. Overall, it took 5-6 weeks to finalize all the candidates. HR also try to speed up their process to when finalizing the candidates. 😊
