I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Lindau (Bodensee)) in Apr 2023
Interview
First of all, when you authorize on the website, you are asked to pass 2 tests. They check your ability to work with data and some personality traits. In 3 weeks I got a message from HR with the invitation to the interview. The interviewers were the head of the department and a team member. It took about an hour and a half. I have to mention that after the interview I didn't receive anything in 2 weeks and wrote to HR. She told me that they can't close the position now but they will be glad to keep me in the pool for the future. On SmartRecrouters, they put "rejection" in 3 months.
