I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Continental
Interview
Applied online, went to talk with the hiring manager during career fair. Got a phone call saying they would like to arrange an interview. Accepted, went to their facility and got interviewed by four people. First one was informational: he told me what he and his team does, and let me ask questions freely. The second one was about my technical passion and interest. The third one was about my technical knowledge. The fourth one was behavioral (what I mean is that it was like a casual conversation, not involving technical things at all).

Question 1
Why steel was sometimes preferred over aluminum when fatigue life needs to be taken into account?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Aug 2012
Interview
You get an exam, then an interview and if they like you, you get in. It is not that hard, but if you get in as a trainee, do not expect to get a promotion to Junior Engineer very soon. Most of th trainees i have known, get to Junior in like 9-12 months, unless you are in a very lucky situation and get promoted very fast.
