I had a phone interview with the Director and Project Managers, then I was invited to the office for a second round interview. At the second round interview, I was interviewed by 3 managers and 1 team member in the group, then the HR Manager at the end of the interview. The HR Manager asked me a couple of behavioral questions, the managers asked me about my resume, and the team member told me about the position.

Question 1
Would you choose quality or being on-time for a project deliverable and why? Tell me about a time you had to say "No" to someone. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you like about working in a team?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Continental (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Sep 2014
Interview
They contacted me via phone call and asked me if I was interested in an interview for an intern position. After confirmation I was given an interview the next day. I was interviewed by two managers and each asked broad questions about my profile as student and laboral experience. The interview starts in spanish and then they test your bilingual skills by asking some questions in english (Yours might be better than theirs in this matter). In the end it was quite brief and ended with a we´ll get you back.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Guadalajara, Jalisco)
Interview
Two interviews. Interview in Guadalajara. General exam at the beginning, then 2 technical interviews with the team. The interviews were very technical. The economical offer was not so much, but at the end the opportunities I found out were great.
