Contacted by an agency. 1st interview with the hiring manager. Many questions about my programming in C++ and programming logic. Contacted by HR for 2nd interview 1 week later. 2nd interview with an HR. Many HR related questions, such as the reason to leave, your short term goal, the greatest challenge you had, what you learnt from past job, how to handle your disagreement with your boss....Received an offer 1 week later.

Zuerst Fallstudie bearbeiten passend zu meinem Job, danach Fragen zum Lebenslauf und Fragen zur Arbeitsweise, Stärken, Schwächen. Das Gespräch dauerte fast 1,5 Stunden und ich bin danach noch ein paar potentiellen Kollegen Mittagessen gegangen. Auf Nachfrage durfte ich mir auch die Räumlichkeiten ansehen.
