Started with a half an hour test and unnecessarily long - 1 hour interview. Questions were pretty standard. On hindsight, someone who is well-versed in interview process would have score well in interview but yet not knowing how to do the job nor committed to the company.

Nice experience, open discussion. First there was a call from HR where we had a open discussion in English, general things. Then I was selected for the interview where I discussed with one HR person and a German Manager, we discussed about my experience, technology, job key points , job description, road-map.
