Continental interview questions

Few round of interviews from HR. They call interview to review my resume then the technical department proceed with coding interview. After that, my application was rejected due to they have selected different candidate.

The interview process began with an online Teams call with HR, covering topics like professional background, career goals, and role expectations. This was followed by a comprehensive technical interview, delving into technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, project experience, and domain-specific knowledge. The technical discussion included practical scenarios, testing coding skills, system design understanding, and approaches to debugging or optimizing workflows. Both sessions provided opportunities for questions, ensuring alignment between my skill set and the role’s requirements.
