fairly easy, had the initial call, interview, and offer, but after it took almost 2.5 months to completely hire me as they had to get background checks from all the countries I had lived in prior to hiring me, and because of delays they couldn't complete quickly.

I meet with the Human Resources Person, and the Supervisor of the Machining Dept. They both asked me questions about the job I was currently doing. They also asked me questions about my past employment, and how, if any, it has helped me with my current position.
