I had two interviews. First one was directly a test. Solving a training need analysis, calculating how many persons are going to trainings and what kind of trainings. An Excel data base was given.
Second one, was with the HR employee and Head of HR. Basic interview questions.

Entretien Classique en 3 étapes:
- entretien avec les fonctionnels
- entretien RH
- Test anglais
Personnes sympathiques. Toutefois, on ne vous préviens pas tout de suite que vos prétentions salariales sont bien éloignées de ce que l'entreprise peut proposer, de fait la déception peut être grande lors de la proposition salariale. (salaires en dessous du marché, on repart tout en bas de la convention métallurgie même avec de nombreuses années d'expérience dans d'autres entreprises)
De plus, on vous demande vos anciennes fiches de salaire... ce qui est un peu limite.

Interview
I applied for the internship process. And they called me to give a test with all other applicants. Questions were normally easy and quite logical . Ex - about the tolerances and materials.
