I interviewed in Singapore office, I finished the paper quiz, and later on interviewed by QA Head. 2 weeks later I was invited to have 2nd round interviewed by HR.
This HR is a nightmare I've never met before, all I believe is that she was possibly bias to foreigners, all the questions were around why us, why continental Singapore, why and why .... until you can't answer. There was a time i think maybe she was doing stress interview but actually she was not!
She is not friendly, or looks like inimical, she even asked me some knowledge belonging to HR like contract, performance review etc. which I couldn't tell very well, then she told me what is what to show her professional! Lastly she told me 'I've interviewed many fresh graduate and i believe their answers are much better than you, you did't know before and you still don't want to know now?!' This is what a HR said, I have no words, felt like not respected! i was very upset at that time!
I guess maybe in her mind, she thought why foreigner come to Singapore to grab their jobs, That's what happened in Continental Singapore, not other countries. Other country maybe better.
Anyway, the last interview by continental Singapore HR is the worst, and it's the biggest reason i don't want to work for them. my current company culture is very friendly, it's like one in the heaven, one in the hell.

Is it common Chinese people work in Singapore for a while when go to United States, treating Singapore as a middle country?

Interview
The interviews were fairly easily, mostly behavioral. However, the HR department was awful. I was scheduled to meet with a plant manager a certain week and emailed HR to set up an appointment that week. Didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks. Finally got an email back and was asked to come in to meet with him; was told I would hear back about the position that week. Didn't hear back until the middle of the following week and was told I didn't receive the job.

Interview
My CV reflect profile for Image processing but they shortlisted me through Naukri.com for radar signal processing and there were many people with same situation, people from image processing background were being interviewed for radar signal processing and vice versa. My interview was scheduled at 11, but they started around 12:30, then there was chaos, all were waiting for being interviewed. Interviewers are nice, even though you can't answer any question, or even give wrong answer they ask another question which can be a hint to your previous question. There were two technical rounds, followed by Managerial and then HR. Overall experience was good. But I am still waiting for their response. I asked HR that when will I get to know the result, he said you will have a telephonic round next week. Still no response from the company.

Question 1
In first technical round, they asked me about my current work experience, projects that I am working on, and basics of Signal Processing, like DFT equations, FFT equation, block diagram of microcontrollers 8051, DSP6713 which I had mentioned in my CV. Then basic C questions like storage classes, Unions, structures, variables, extern keyword, void, static keywords.
In second technical round, he asked me about only C questions, many questions were repeated, like Unions, structures, variables, extern keyword, void, static keywords. Also he asked me to write simple code for adding two integers then asked me what will happen when I will run the code.
The Managerial and HR rounds were good. They asked me about my salary expectations and my current project work and questions like why do you want to join the company.
